We could not be more excited to begin our adventure as first time homeowners. This was a BIG week for us – we got engaged AND bought our house. (a.k.a time for my Pinterest fantasies to become a reality!)
Our home is a 1945 cape cod in the beautiful historic tree streets district of Waynesboro, VA. We have big plans for this little home of ours. With a some (or major) help from our parents, YouTube, HGTV, Pinterest , etc. we are going to make this place the home of our dreams. And throughout it all I will use this blog to document our successes and failures of navigating the journey of home ownership.
Let the home remodeling games begin! May the odds be ever in our favor.
